This week’s Top Ten Tuesday prompt is Books On My Winter 2020-2021 TBR. I always plan to tackle more books than I can, but I like to keep my options open because I’m also a mood reader.

Audiobooks: I don’t have specific titles in mind at the moment, but I plan to continue to listen to Star Wars audiobooks and Odyssey Award winners.

Books for review: I have several books through NetGalley to read before their publication dates, including Cast in Firelight by Dana Swift, Dearest Josephine by Caroline George, Phoenix Flame by Sara Holland, and Down Comes the Night by Allison Saft.

Books I own: Someday I will conquer my shelves of unread books! I hope to read two or three per month to get me started.

2020 titles I didn’t get to: There aren’t that many 2020 releases I didn’t read this year, but I’d like to read some of them sooner rather than later (in case I forget about them). The ones I want to read still are: Elatsoe by Darcie Little Badger, The Left-Handed Booksellers of London by Garth Nix, Charming as a Verb by Ben Phillipe, and The Language of Ghosts by Heather Fawcett.

Book club books: I’m part of three book clubs so I’ll be reading books for each of those clubs this month. Some of the titles include: The Prayer Box by Lisa Wingate and Hunted by Meagan Spooner.

Manga: Even though I’ve kept up with some manga series, it feels like it’s been forever since I started a new manga series. I just finished Silver Spoon, so I want to pick up something new.

New 2021 releases: There are a few new books coming out at the beginnig of the year I’d like to read. They include: The World Between Blinks by Amie Kaufman and Ryan Graudin, Lore by Alexandra Bracken, Winterkeep by Kristin Cashore, and Everything that Burns by Gita Trelease.

Graceling Realm series by Kristin Cashore: In preparation for the release of Winterkeep, I also want to reread the Graceling Realm books. It’s been so long since I read them and I’m curious if my opinion on some of them have changed.

Henry Huggins series by Beverly Cleary: I reread the Ramona Quimby series earlier this year, so I think it’s fitting to start a reread for the Henry Huggins books.

The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas: I bought a copy of this book last year and decided to start it at the beginning of 2021 and see how long it takes me to read it. It’s going to be fun, guys!
